Inspired by her love of coastal living, cooking and entertaining, founder and Santa Cruz resident, Antonette Kortie, created Rich Water Oysters as a way to bring a taste of the sea to special events across the Central Coast and San Francisco Bay Area. Antonette is passionate about creating a fun and enjoyable experience with each interaction, and seeing the joy that fresh, delicious oysters brings to her guests.
